Lawful basis and transparency
For website forms, we process contact details to respond to your request. For customer product data, processing is based on your instructions and your relationship with data subjects. Our Privacy Policy and DPA describe purposes and roles.
Data subject rights
We support access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection requests for personal data we control, and we assist customers with requests that relate to data we process on their behalf.
Security and minimisation
You can start with redacted or limited pipeline data. Connected pilots can use read-only access where possible. Pilot-entered data can be deleted after evaluation unless otherwise agreed.
