By accessing revimize.com or requesting early access, a trial, or other Revimize services, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use the Revimize website and related services.

Services
Revimize provides AI-assisted revenue intelligence and related evaluation experiences. Features, credit allowances, and plan limits are described on the Pricing and product pages and may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or misuse another customer’s data.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Revimize a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and secure the service. Processing of personal data is further described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.
Trials and early access
Trials and early access may be limited in scope, duration, and support. Pilot data handling follows the Safe Evaluation and Security descriptions on this site unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Revimize and its licensors own the product, branding, documentation, and site content. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by these Terms or a separate written agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Revimize judgements are decision-support tools and do not replace your commercial judgement. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
