Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect information when you visit Revimize or use our services.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

This page is a starter policy aligned with how Revimize describes its product today. Have counsel review and finalise before relying on it for contracts or regulatory filings.

Who we are

Revimize provides AI revenue intelligence for SMB and mid-market teams. For privacy questions, contact us via the Contact page on this website.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through forms (such as name, work email, company, and message content), technical data needed to operate the site (such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage analytics), and customer data you choose to provide when evaluating or using Revimize.

  • Enquiry and early-access form submissions
  • Pilot or trial data you upload or connect under agreed scope
  • Site usage and security logs required to keep services reliable

How we use information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve the service, secure our systems, and communicate about your request or account. Customer content provided for analysis is used to deliver Revimize judgements and related product features.

AI providers and model training

Revimize uses trusted AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to power product features. Customer data is used to provide the Revimize service and is not used to train public AI models.

Hosting, retention, and security

Revimize runs on EU-based Microsoft Azure hosting with encryption in transit and at rest and dedicated, logically isolated customer tenants. Pilot-entered data is deleted after the pilot unless otherwise agreed. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and operate the business, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who help us host email, infrastructure, analytics, or AI features, under contractual obligations consistent with this policy, and when required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
